School Rules Regarding Diapers and Caregivers for Young Children:

Diapers and Potty Training:
a. We welcome children who have completed potty training and no longer require diapers during school hours.
b. Children still in diapers may be admitted under certain conditions (see next point).

Children in Diapers with Caregiver:
a. Children who are still in diapers may be admitted if they are accompanied by a designated caregiver.
b. The caregiver is responsible for attending to the child’s diaper-changing needs.

Age Recommendation for Caregiver Presence:
a. For children aged 3 or under who are still in diapers, we strongly recommend that they attend school with a designated caregiver.
b. Caregivers are expected to assist with diaper changes and address the personal needs of the child.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
a. Caregivers should be available to handle diaper changes promptly and attend to the child’s personal needs as required.
b. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in school activities and engage with their child and other students positively.

Communication with Caregivers:
a. Open and regular communication between caregivers and school staff is encouraged to ensure the well-being of the child.
b. Caregivers should inform the school of any specific requirements or concerns related to the child’s care.

Transition to Independence:
a. As children develop and progress in their ability to manage personal needs independently, the need for caregiver presence may decrease.
b. The school will work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support the child’s transition towards independence.

Exceptions:
a. Exceptions to these rules may be considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with school administration and caregivers.
b. The primary concern is the well-being and comfort of the child, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
